HOT ROLLING MILL
Hot rolling mill is the core rolling equipment in the metal processing industry. It mainly heats raw materials such as steel billets, aluminum billets, and copper billets above the metal recrystallization temperature. By using the pressure and friction generated by the rotation of the rolling mill, the billet is continuously rolled and shaped, gradually thinning, extending, and widening, and processed into finished products such as steel plates, steel strips, profiles, and bars. The equipment consists of a frame, rolling mill, transmission system, hydraulic control system, temperature control, and electrical automation system. It is divided into rough rolling mill, precision rolling mill, and hot rolling mill, with a sturdy structure, high rolling force, and smooth operation. Equipped with automatic thickness control, high-pressure descaling, constant temperature rolling and other functions, it has high rolling accuracy, good forming effect, high yield, and low energy consumption, which can effectively optimize the internal structure of metals and improve material strength and toughness.
